excellent location, comfortable room, reliable wifi

Access to upper parking is a hassle due to poor signage!!! The smoking issue in non-smoking rooms through the extractor is unacceptable!!! The heating controls need addressing, as it's difficult to stay warm!!! Manual de-icing would enhance safety!!!

Top quality and clean place overall with quiet and the best location to the excavated slope at the rear of the property. Very professional and especially helpful staff, free wake up service and ironing. Location very close to center. Again, walking distance to an Art museum...

the staff was nice and spoke fairly good English. the view of the city from our room was nice. They had our resevations. they did have internet.

The breakfast was marginal. Two of the 3 rooms we had didn't have telephones. Had to climb a flight of stairs to get to the elevator, which was difficult for my elderly father. Also had to climb stairs for breakfast. Didn't have a bar open in the evening, or anywhere easy to get extra water. Was a bit of an uphill walk back to hotel, which isn't bad if you are fit, but not good for elderly. Hair dryer kept quitting. Glasses were not clean. and toiletries in bath looked stained. TV reception not very good . If ever in the area again would try someplace different

No facility for parking even though it was in the brochure, I emailed them to save us a spot. limited TV, no Phone, certainly rates only 2-3. They are renovating so may be better in future. No instructions how to use super shower system

I especially appreciated the warm and cute staff who went out of their way to ensure comfort. The breakfast was good with a variety of delicious options and panoramic views of the city from the dining area.

Location to the centre of the town was excellent, within easy walking distance.

Hotel rooms were dated and old fashioned. Beds were uncomfortable, only one pillow and one cushion which were also uncomfortable. No air conditioning which caused discomfort while trying to sleep

We have reserved private parking with the hotel and had an e-mail confirmation, however it was not available when we have arrived.

Located just a short walk from the city center, this hotel impresses with its modern, clean interiors and an friendly staff. The room, while small, offered a fantastic view of the local fortress, and amenities like a kettle and good hairdryer were appreciated. A minor concern is the water pressure, which could have been better during peak times.

Smoking in the breakfast room is allowed.

The location is spot on, just a short walk to the old city center. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast had great options. We explored the Poiana Brașov and visited the Black Church. Definitely recommend this place for group vacations!
